SHIPPING CARRIERS

Packages going outside of Canada will be shipped through your chosen carrier at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nimbus Designs will not be held responsible for delays, duties and/or taxes incurred based on your country's rules and regulations (EU and U.K. VAT tax laws, the United States Tariffs since), lost mail, errors made by post offices or any delays the post may have. Please make sure you are aware of possible fees that might be applied to your order once it comes to your country. 

PROCESSING - SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times during Holidays such as Christmas, Boxing Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday may be longer. Not only do mail services receive a lot more packages than usual, but some Countries also have slower mail system at the moment. So make sure to order your gifts accordingly.

International mail can now take up to 4 months to be delivered. I am not making these time up, they are based on actual experiences from customers. Please be patient and understanding.
