FAQ

★  ★  RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. I do not accept refund, exchanges or returns, unless you received a defective or wrong item. Then you may return the product. Please note that the item has to be returned to me for refund or replacement. Arrangement must be made with me before returning a product. Shipping costs will be covered by you for the return of your item. Always make sure you contact me via email so we can make arrangements. 

★ Can I track my order?

Tracking is NOT included with Standard Flat mail Shipping. That shipping is automatically selected for sticker orders and domestic shipping. If you wish to be able to track your package, select the TRACKED option when you checkout. All US and international orders will be tracked. Remember, I can't see more than you do with the same tracking number. Tracking is ALWAYS recommended. 

★  ★  SHIPPING INFORMATION

Packages going outside of Canada will be shipped through ChitChats / Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/etc. that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations. Especially with the new EU and U.K. VAT tax laws. Please make sure you are aware of possible fees that might be applied to your order once it comes to your country. Once a package leaves my hands, it's out of my hands. I am not to be held responsible for lost mail, errors made by post offices or any delays the post may have. 

Shipping times during Holidays such as Christmas, Boxing Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday may be longer. Not only do mail services receive a lot more packages than usual, but some Countries also have slower mail system at the moment. So make sure to order your gifts accordingly.

International mail can now take up to 4 months to be delivered. I am not making these time up, they are based on actual experience from customers. Please be patient and understanding, I can't control the post.

★ PROCESSING TIMES

Processing time is up to 10 working days. These timelines can vary depending on sales or drops and time of year. If you need something faster, contact me to make sure it is possible BEFORE purchasing anything. 

★ PRE-ORDERS

If you purchase a pre-order, please expect a wait of at least 4–8 weeks. There is a risk that it could take longer if there are delays/issues out of my control. I will make sure to notify all customers if any issues arise. If you wish for your in stock items to be shipped ASAP, please check them out separately. Because all orders made WITH a pre-order in it, will all be shipped together, when the pre-order is in hand.

★ RESTOCKS

There is no guarantee that I will be restocking sold out pins. Always follow the news on my instagram page.  

★  ★  PIN GRADING

**When you purchase a pin, you accept the item AS IS according to the following grading system. **

A Grade / Standard Grade pin

Due to the hand made nature of enamel pins, it is hard to make "perfect" pins. But they are "nearly perfect." Some will have minor cosmetic flaws such as:

- tiny air bubbles
- minor enamel underfil
- sightly off-set screen printed areas 
- some light imperfections in the metal plating
- light surface scuffing on the enamel or metal
- light or very small nicks on the enamel or metal
- some minor and not noticeable dust on enamel
- light imperfection on the sides
- tiny missing enamel on very small area

These will not alter the overall look of the pin. 

B Grade pin - lightly Flawed pins

These pins have tiny to noticeable flaws, that may include, but not only limited to:

- one to multiple areas of under filed enamel
- moderately scuffed enamel or metal
- multiple points of imperfections on the metal plating
- multiple air bubbles in the enamel
- missing enamel
- off-set screen printed areas
- areas of low glitter
- enamel staining on sides or back of pin
- overfilled enamel that floods some metal lines
- large amounts of glitter in areas where there shouldn't be
- some dust on enamel
- small gouges or marks on enamel
- lose pin posts

C Grade pin - Flawed pins

These pins have noticeable flaws, that may include, but not only limited to:

- one to multiple areas of under filed enamel
- scuffed enamel or metal
- imperfections on the metal plating
- multiple air bubbles in the enamel
- missing enamel
- off-set screen printed areas
- areas of low or missing glitter
- enamel staining on sides or back of pin
- overfilled enamel that floods some metal lines
- large amounts of glitter in areas where there shouldn't be
- some dust on enamel
- small gouges or marks on enamel
- wrong colouring in enamel
- lose pin posts

Flaws differ between each pin and will be chosen at random. When you purchase a pin, you agree to accept the item AS IS according to the above grading system. C-Grades do not come with a backing card. Also remember that grading system vary from maker to maker. Please make sure you are ok with what you order.


Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. Monitors are not all set the same way, and show LIGHT colors when our eyes see colors differently. 

**I grade the pins with my human eyes, which are not perfect, nor are yours. The pins are meant to be worn or displayed, not looked at up close. If you are looking for perfection, such thing does not exist.**

***I am not responsible for lost packages if an address is typed incorrectly. I will only reship the item when it is returned to me after you pay for the extra postage.***
